SparkLab is a timed entry experience. We highly recommend you purchase tickets in advance, particularly during school holiday peak period to avoid disappointment. Choosing your preferred time will reduce waiting times and provide an enjoyable experience for all visitors. SparkLab is open daily from 9.40am to 5pm. Entry times commence at 9.40am, then hourly from 11am until last entry at 3pm.

You may enter at any time within the hour of your booking time. Running late? See one of our friendly staff members.

Health Care Cards holders
Please have your valid Australian Government issued ‘Health Care’ or ‘Health Card’ ready to show staff with your SparkLab Health Care Card ticket. For card examples please visit Centrelink and Department of Veterans’ Affairs.

Annual Pass holders
Arrive any time and show your card to staff at SparkLab on Level 1 for free entry. Some entry delays may be experienced during peak times.
